Hi, I'm Naomi (not to be formal or anything, LOL), I'm fifteen-years-old and I just became vegan. I thought that it was going to be really hard, not because of the meat factor, but of the dairy one. I LOVE dairy, especially cheese, and your site has really helped me out a lot with recipes for dairy substitutes. At first, I was just a vegetarian, though I also didn't eat chocolate or eggs (chocolate has bugs in it and eggs that aren't fertilised are like chicken periods). But then I decided since I didn't eat eggs, why not go full vegan? Anyway, I love your site and that you for all the hard work that you put into making it.

    peace&love,
    Naomi

    Hi Naomi,

Thanks so much for the positive feedback, I'm glad my site has been able to help you out. Way to go on becoming vegan. It is a big commitment and one not many people your age would make.
I haven't posted it yet but I am going to be doing a review on a new vegan cheese. It's called Daiya and it's really good. If you can find it I highly recommend you give it a try.

    Take care
    Claire

    Hiya 🙂

I'm nearly 22 and have been vegan for nearly 2 years now.
I was vegetarian for 2 years prior to this. I decided to make the change from eating meat due to animal rights reasons. I believe that we can survive just fine without killing things.
However, i have been studying the health benefits and have been changing some of my family's and friend's views about things they eat.

Really good video by the way. I like the tomato and onion 'gravy'. When I cook my tofu scramble, i normally just salt and pepper it… but i think i'll try this next time!!!

Looking forward to the book also

    Thankyou 🙂

    Hi Claire,
I've been a vegan for over six years and I did it because I could no longer ask that something else should suffer or die so that I could live. I've been healthy, happy, and had a clean conscience ever since.
Thank you for sharing with others “what do you eat” and how easy it is.
    Peace,
