Vegan Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
1 Box Frozen Chopped Spinch (Thawed)
1 Box Soft Silken Style Tofu
1 Pkg Vegan Vegetable Soup Mix or Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Blend tofu into a sour cream consistency. Add soup mix and spinach and stir well. Cover and chill for an hour or two before serving. Serve with chips or vegetables.
