Power Oatmeal



1 cup dried oatmeal with fruit (handful of berries/1 banana/1 chopped apple)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground black chia seeds


Add some boiling water to the oatmeal, and stir till you get your desired consistency. Stir in all the other ingredients.
