    Kale Chips - they are great with different types of seasoning.

    Favorite quick vegan meal

    Lettuce Wraps - full of flavour, filling, and so easy to make.

    In the morning, you can most often find me eating

    Vegan Oats topped with a dap of natural peanut butter, raisins and coconut flakes.

    When I need something sweet, I reach for

    I don’t have as many cravings as I used to, but a handful of chocolate chips or making a vegan mug cake always hits the spot. I recently made a vegan pumpkin mug cake the other day that I loved!
