1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 package soft silken tofu (broken into small chunks)
As many of the following veggies as you wish: mushrooms, onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes, kale (stalk removed), spinach, and/or zucchini.
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger powder
1-3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Pan fry everything (in coconut oil) over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
