What’s For Dinner? Nachos


I know, not the healthiest thing to have for dinner, but sometimes I just get a craving for something and it doesn’t go away till I have it. So last night I made nachos and not just nachos with cheese, I went all out. These nachos have refried beans, veggie ground beef, Daiya cheddar cheese, Tofutti Vegan Sour Cream, shredded lettuce and tomatoes. About the only thing I didn’t add was guacamole because I didn’t have any avocado. They were yummy and my craving was satisfied 🙂
