How to Energize Your Vegan Diet

Interested in having more energy?

I mean ALL-DAY energy that doesn’t require stimulants like coffee or energy drinks?

Well, you’re already half-way because you’re eating a vegan diet. Simply put – eating more plant foods is one of the easiest and most powerful ways of energizing your body, sustainably.

The difficulty though is that we’ve been brainwashed into believing that “calories = energy”.

After all, pick up a packaged food of some kind and look at its food label. At the very top, you will see something like “Per 1 cup serving” followed by “Energy = 335 calories”.

Needless to say, when you see that message enough you’ll start to believe it and find it hard to consider an alternative way of viewing foods.

But that’s why I’m here!

We Are Energy. So Too Is Our Food!

We humans are energetic beings. It just so happens that every living thing on this planet is as well. And that includes our “whole foods”, at least before they are processed.

The only difference between living things is their vibrational frequency. Without getting too metaphysical let’s just agree that the vibrational frequency of a tree is slightly different than that of a human. I hope that makes sense.

So we are energetic beings and we resonate more and less with foods that either energize us or rob us of energy, respectively.

As you can probably guess, certain foods have greater energetic “force” than others.

I personally feel that these foods should form the basis of our diet because not only do they give us more energy but they provide our body with everything it needs to thrive!

The Life Force of Plant Foods

Have you ever seen the life force or aura emanating from a living thing? Have you ever picked up a piece of broccoli and noticed it’s glowing hue?

Probably not and that’s because the naked eye (for 99.9% of us) simply can’t detect it.

However, a friend of mine – Christopher Wodtke – is kirlian photographer and his technology is able to capture this “energy” from living foods. These special photographs come courtesy of him and I’m sure you’ll agree that they’re pretty awesome!

First, have a look at the picture on the left. It’s a kirlian photograph of organic broccoli that has been steamed for just 2 minutes. Notice the energy coming from it.

Now, look at the image of broccoli on the right. It too is organic but the only difference is that it hasn’t been cooked. It is raw.

Notice a difference?

The raw broccoli (on the rigt) has far more “life force” than its cooked counterpart (left).

And that’s because heating living foods above 118 degrees fahrenheit degrades their inherent life force.

Cooking essentially denatures their proteins and enzymes and makes your body work harder to digest them, which, as a result further drains your body’s energy reserves!

The Hidden Secret to Having More Energy

I want to share a little secret with you.

Ready?

Ok, here it is…

If you want more energy, better health, and a sexy, radiant body then you need to be eating foods that give your body MORE life force.

It’s as simple as that.

The more natural and the more varied your vegan diet, the less you have to worry about counting calories and worrying about getting enough protein. Natural whole foods contain everything you need in the exact proportions in which you need them.

When you have all-day energy you’re able to do more. You can think clearer, be more productive at work, exercise more often, spend more time with your kids, or travel more often!

You don’t have to waste your life sleeping!

And just in case you’re wondering, there is no ONE single food that is more important that your overall diet when it comes to boosting your energy and your health.

Therefore, to have more energy your overall diet must consist of foods that are high in life force (refer to the pictures above). It just so happens that these same foods will have the greatest nutritional value, high levels of water, and everything else your body needs to thrive.

So what are you waiting for?
