Veganized Ground “Meat” Sauce

From VeganEveryDay veganized ground “meat” sauce

1 package soy crumbles (morning start, Boca)
Olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced (if desired)
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt and some fresh black pepper
1 tbsp of Italian dried herbs (oregano, basil..)
1/4 tsp. red pepper(optional)
1- 1 ½ jar of your favorite vegan pasta sauce
About 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 pkg. whole wheat or whole grain spaghetti
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onion, green pepper and garlic add soy crumbles brown a little then add mushrooms. Stir in salt, herbs, pepper, then add liquids. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, than add the nutritional yeast.
